Synopsis
In the Old West, during the Spring of 1889, there is a wolf so strong, cunning and fierce, that he has become a living legend. This particular spring, he becomes father to a pup who is destined to become even more famous. Lobo is the young wolf's name and he soon becomes known for his sense of intelligence and his insatiable curiosity.

With the coming of cattlemen, the natural prey of the wolves is driven away and they must depend more and more on the cattle herds for survival, thus creating an ensuing war of wolf-extermination. With the death of his parents, Lobo becomes a lone wolf and his fame as the wildest wolf ever to live in the Southwest soon spreads. The reward for his capture reaches $1,000 - more than on most human outlaws!! Rancher's everywhere are out for blood, but when they accidentally trap Lobo's mate, they quickly find out that they are in for more than they bargained for!

Full of suspenseful action, this animal adventure is one of the most exciting stories to come out of the Old West!
