Synopsis
Een wild exotisch avontuur en grappige tekenfilmdieren die je doen bulderen van het lachen! Dat is Disney's prachtige versie van het klassieke en bekende verhaal van Edgar Rice Burroughs over de aapmens TARZAN. Diep in de Afrikaanse jungle geeft een gorillamoeder een achtergelaten baby de naam "Tarzan" en neemt hem aan als haar eigen zoon, ook al schuwt de leider, de zilverrug Kerchak, dit "onbehaarde wonder". Tarzan groeit op met zijn bijdehante apenvriendje Tuk en zijn neurotische kameraad, de olifant Tantor. Zo ontwikkelt hij alle instincten van een dier en leert hij alles over de jungle, terwijl hij razendsnel door de bomen zweeft en zwaait.
